Making it throught college is difficult and requires hard work, but so it is making it to college! I focus my tutoring sessions on first understanding the student's challenge with the subject. Then, I bring up to relevance of the topic to get the student motivated towards learning. Then, I focused on making clear connections and clarifications about the subject so the student comprehends the material. Finally, I work with the student in problem sets to make sure they understand and are able to apply the material to possible exam questions.
